About Newleaf Community Centre

The Newleaf Community Centre will form the heart of the renewed Bonnyrigg estate and support the delivery of new social and private housing to create an inclusive and socially mixed community. The Centre will feature a community hall to host events and gathering, meeting rooms for community groups and local service providers, and a range of family play spaces, all set within a large-scale community garden.

The Requirement

To enhance the aesthetic appeal, comfort, and safety of the outdoor seating arrangements at the Newleaf Community Centre. The seating should not only be functional but also inviting for community members, complementing the Centre's role as a hub for events, gatherings, meetings and family play spaces.

The Challenges

• Diverse User Base: The community centre will likely serve a diverse group of people of all abilities – from children playing in the spaces, to elderly community members, to people attending events or meetings.
