Does Astra create completely bespoke furniture?

Astra does not generally design completely new furniture products from scratch. Instead, our customisation service focuses on modifying and adapting the products in our existing range. This approach allows you to create furniture that suits your project while still benefiting from an established and tested product design.

We are very flexible when it comes to changes such as colour, size, branding and laser-cut details. Our team will let you know what is achievable for your selected product.

How does the customisation process work?

The process begins with a conversation. Contact one of our friendly team by phone or email and explain what you are trying to achieve. It is helpful to provide information such as:

Do customised Astra products come with a warranty?

Yes. Products customised by Astra Street Furniture are covered by our standard two-year warranty, just like products purchased from our standard range.

However, the customisation work must be completed by Astra Street Furniture for the warranty to apply to the modified product.

Can customised products be returned?

Customised products are made specifically for your project and are therefore non-returnable.

Before approving your order, make sure you are satisfied with the final design, dimensions, colours and product details.

What information should I provide?

The more information you can provide at the beginning, the easier it will be for our team to understand your vision. Useful information can include sketches, photographs, architectural drawings, measurements, branding guidelines, colour references and logo files.

However, you do not need to have a finished design before contacting us. Our team can guide you through the process, explain the available options and help turn your initial idea into a practical solution.
