How Much Assembly is Really Required?

Do you dread when furniture requires assembly, thinking you will receive instructions that you can’t understand and will take you hours to build? Luckily for you, Astra Street Furniture pieces are the complete opposite!
The
majority of our furniture requires assembly by simply bolting the seat, bench
or table pan on to the legs. The assembly that is required for this consists of
4-6 bolts and takes approximately 5-10 minutes per piece of furniture! How easy
is that!
Some of our
other street furniture does take a little more effort, but nothing you couldn’t
handle. The
Woodville and Milan suites require each slat to be bolted to the
seat, bench or table frame but all the holes are pre-drilled, and the fixings
are supplied. These typically take approximately 10-20 minutes per piece of
furniture to assemble.
In terms of
our
Athens Wheelie Bin Enclosures, they also arrive unassembled, however, they
have fitted nutserts and supplied fixings to make the job easy! A single Athens
bin typically takes 15-20 minutes to assembly.
There is
another plus to the
Paris, London and Prague bins as they do not require any
assembly at all – they come pre-assembled for your convenience!
You may be
wondering why the street furniture does require minimal assembly? This is largely
due to the fact that they are easier to freight, less likely to get damaged in
transit and will be more cost effective to transport!
Do not
stress! We supply assembly guides with our Street Furniture which are emailed
to you straight away once your order has been dispatched! Feel free to also
create an online login and download the assembly guides for yourself at any
time!
