We designed our test to replicate real-world cleaning scenarios often faced by our clients. Using our standard Woodgrain Aluminium Slat and a Yellow Powder Coated Aluminium Slat, we assessed the impact of high-pressure cleaning with the following parameters:

• Pressure Level: A powerful 3,200 PSI water blaster was used to simulate commonly used cleaning equipment.
• Spray Angle: Both direct (0-degree) and angled (15-degree) applications were tested to mirror different cleaning techniques.

Test Results: Proven to Withstand High Pressure

The results of our test demonstrated the exceptional durability of Astra Street Furniture’s powder-coated finishes:

• Impressive Resilience: The powder coating on the slats remained completely intact and visually flawless, even under the intense 3,200 PSI pressure.
