About The Client

Penrith City Council a local government authority, located in the Greater Western Sydney region of New South Wales, Australia.

The Requirement

To enhance the overall functionality, comfort, and cleanliness of the Illawong Reserve for the community.

The Challenges

After evaluating the challenges and requirements, and consulting with the Astra team, Council selected a few key products, including the Manchester Cantilever 4 x 4 Shelter, Barcelona Setting and Athens Bin enclosure.

The  Manchester Cantilever 4 x 4 Shelter offers the following features:

• Durable Aluminium Construction: Engineered from structural-grade aluminium, the Manchester Cantilever Shelter is built to endure harsh conditions, providing long-lasting performance in outdoor spaces.
• Weather-Resistant Roof: Equipped with a Colorbond Custom Orb roof, it offers reliable protection from the elements, making it ideal for schools, parks, and transport stations where permanent shade is essential.
• Heavy-Duty Base Plate Posts: The shelter’s base plate posts ensure secure installation, enhancing stability and safety in high-traffic areas like universities and residential complexes.
• Easy Assembly: Supplied as an easy-to-assemble kit, the shelter reduces installation time and costs, making it a convenient solution for various open-space facilities.
