Overview

The Disability Inclusion Grant provides funding for small businesses and organisations to promote social inclusion for people with disability through the removal of barriers to participation.

Proposals that address physical, attitudinal, and/or communication barriers to access and inclusion will be considered. Examples of proposals include targeted or general disability awareness training for volunteers, members and/or the public, training staff in Auslan, installing automatic doors and physical modifications such as accessible bathroom upgrades or wheelchair ramp installations.
